Returns & Exchange

If you're smiling, we're smiling. Thats why we take care of every enquiry that pops up quickly and professionally. We're pretty sure you will love your newest Fancy Kids purchase but if for any reason you need to return it, no worries. Simply return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days and we will do the rest. Here is our Returns and Exchange guidelines, feel free to contact our team with any questions or queries.
 
Returns

Returning items to Fancykids.com  is swift and simple. Firstly please just let us know what item(s) you wish to return by emailing our team at hello@fancykids.com and kindly writing RETURN in the email title also. We’ll make sure your request is eligible and then ask you to return your goods to our office address: 17 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Canary Wharf, E14 9XQ, London, the UK.

Provided everything is okay, as soon as your item(s) arrive with us and have been checked we’ll email you the good news that a full refund will be issued to the card you used to place your order. In some cases, refunds will be issued in the form of Fancykids.com  store credit. Please allow for 5 business days for the refund to appear on your card accounts.

For your own peace of mind we highly recommend returning items through recorded delivery, as Fancykids.com cannot be held responsible for any damage to your goods during the shipping process. We kindly ask that all item(s) are returned in their original packaging, in an unused / undamaged condition and with the Return Tag attached. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for worn or damaged goods.

 

 
Exchange

Exchanging your Fancykids.com purchase is just as easy.

Simply email our team at hello@fancykids.com and write EXCHANGE in the email title. Then in the main email please state your original order number and details of the new item you would like to exchange it for. If we have your desired item in stock, we’ll ask you to return the item(s) to our office address within 7 days.

When your item have arrived with us we will email you a tracking reference for the replacement order, so you know exactly how far it is from arriving at your doorstep. Any outstanding charges for the new item(s) will be collected once the item(s) have been dispatched on the card you placed your order on.

This exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item and will be subject to stock availability.
        

To avoid any problems please make sure ALL clothes tags are present and correct as we can’t accept items for exchange without these tags.
